Vanguard plumbing and orrettt were absolutely amazing . Our hot water heater was leaking and cause pretty extensive damage . Prompt and efficient service . Orrett explained every step of what he was doing and why he was doing it. Can’t thank him enough for the job he did . Truly the best experience we have had with a plumbing company ever !

Orrett was very responsive to an emergency water break we had and did a professional job that fixed the problem same day it occurred. He was friendly, polite, completed the job as stated in contract, and cleaned the area up after he was done. Highly recommended!

These guys was amazing presise, knowledgeable. I didn't want to get a new water heater but fixing parts was going to cost it was just easier to replace with warranty and they came in and took care of my issue within 3 days of service would recommend

Andrew Henderson & his partner (didn't catch his name) were both very professional in both their attitude and explanation of the problem and possible solutions to resolve it. Both gentlemen were very polite, friendly and easy to talk with; answered all my questions with patience and thoroughness. I was VERY impressed with both young men.

Fantastic service. Cassie answered both my calls on the first ring and was able to get an emergency service scheduled in 20 minutes, at the end of the day when our toilet started overflowing water as the washing machine was draining. Julio came onsite and went right to work, explaining and showing me the issues along the way with the scope, and the best options to resolve it. He removed the root blockage and showed me the cleared pipe. Through talking he even identified that our pressure was incredibly high causing more issues, and installed a pressure reducing valve the next day. I really appreciated the thorough and thoughtful service, he cared about finding and solving the problems for us. Thank you!!

Andrew was very personable and professional . Got my propane line fixed within hours of calling. He went over several options of repair and did a great job. We also discussed other services i may need in the future. Great experience
